RULES
1.Return policy
- Returns and refund requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
- After 2 days, we will not be able to accept requests.
2. Inspection by Delivery Agent
- At the time of return, our delivery agent will inspect the product to verify the issue (defect, damage, or wrong item).
- If the return is approved by the agent, we will proceed with the refund or replacement.
3. Eligibility for Return
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Returns are accepted only for:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged product at the time of delivery
- Manufacturing defect
4. Refund Process
- Once the return is approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method or provided as store credit (based on your choice at the time of request).
- Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Items not reported within 2 days of delivery.
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse.
- Customized/personalized items (if applicable).
