Refund and Returns Policy

RULES

1.Return policy

  • Returns and refund requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
  • After 2 days, we will not be able to accept requests.

2. Inspection by Delivery Agent

  • At the time of return, our delivery agent will inspect the product to verify the issue (defect, damage, or wrong item).
  • If the return is approved by the agent, we will proceed with the refund or replacement.

3. Eligibility for Return

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Returns are accepted only for:
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Damaged product at the time of delivery
    • Manufacturing defect

4. Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method or provided as store credit (based on your choice at the time of request).
  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items not reported within 2 days of delivery.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse.
  • Customized/personalized items (if applicable).
